Student Wellbeing

The College has a team of staff that offer support and referral for students who seek extra help. A school nurse is available on Monday and Tuesday to provide health information and consultation and two social workers are available to assist with personal support and referral. An educational psychologist assists in the assessment of learning needs and referral. A speech therapist is also available every second week. Visiting teachers for the hearing and vision impaired students are also available when the need arises. Students have access to the school dental service throughout the year.

If there is an issue that is of concern, encourage your child talk to their home group teacher, coordinator or any staff member. The College has policies and processes on bullying and harassment and has a student support team established to ensure students are able to get the most out of school.
